What we collect
If you sign up: your name, email, company, billing details, and the onboarding information you give us (goals, topics, audience, shows you do or do not want). If you only browse: standard server logs.
What we use it for
To run the service: researching and pitching shows on your behalf, billing the subscription and placement fees, and communicating with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your onboarding material for anything except your own placements.
Who processes it
Payments and card storage: Stripe (we never see or store your card number). Video hosting on our success stories page: Wistia. Email and scheduling tools we use to run outreach process host contact information, not yours.
Retention and access
We keep client records for as long as needed to run the service and meet bookkeeping obligations. Write to solomon@thimothy.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
