// What this normally costs

Everyone else charges you before you get anything.

PR firms bill for activity. We think you should pay for placements. Here is the same work, priced two ways.

A PR agency $5,000+ per month, retainer

Often two shows. No guarantee you get booked at all. You pay the same either way.

BookedPod $99 + $300 per month, plus each confirmed placement

The same work, unbundled. You cover the infrastructure, then pay only for placements that actually happen.

A retainer bills you the same whether we land six shows or none. Here the cost tracks the result, so a slow month costs you $99 and a great month is one you were happy to pay for.

// Where your money goes

Two numbers, and nothing hiding behind them.

$99 / month

The machine that finds your shows

This is infrastructure, not margin. It is what it costs us to keep your search running.

  • Access to our 30,000+ podcast database
  • Google inboxes and sending domains provisioned for you
  • Email verification so pitches reach real hosts
  • AI-assisted matching against your audience and topics
  • Research and personalization behind every pitch

Think of it as a full-time employee working your outreach in the background, for less than most software subscriptions.

$300 / placement

The part everyone else charges a retainer for

Getting a host to say yes and then actually put it on a calendar is the hard part. That is what this covers.

  • Pitching, replying, and negotiating with the host
  • Up to 50 follow-ups on a single show when it is worth it
  • Coordinating pre-calls when a host wants one
  • Scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and reschedules
  • Handed to you as a locked slot on your calendar

You are buying a booking, not an attempt. If it never gets on the calendar, you never pay for it.

// The part that matters most

You invest $300 in a booked show. Never in a maybe.

This is the question every person asks on a call, so here is the answer in full, with no interpretation required.

50+ follow-ups on the calendar $300
Everything left of the calendar is free. The charge exists only at the far right of this line.
You are charged when
  • A confirmed recording date is on your calendar
  • You approved the show before we pitched it
  • You approved any host fee before we committed
You are not charged when
  • A host replies and says they are interested
  • A host schedules a pre-call but then passes on you
  • You decide the show is not a fit and pass on it
  • The booking falls through or the host goes quiet
If a host wants a pre-call and then decides you are not the right guest, that placement gets replaced with another show at no extra charge. We are not here to charge you and then not give you a show.
// Why this is worth doing at all

Half an hour on someone else's show is the best trade in marketing.

You already have the expertise. We pitch you like the influencer you already are, and it compounds: every show makes the next one bigger, and every episode keeps selling you while you sleep.

AI visibility

AI doesn't believe what you say about yourself

It believes what it heard on a podcast. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok are trained on show transcripts and cite them when a buyer asks who to hire. Every appearance is training data for the answer engines your next client is already using. Ask an AI about our founder: everything it says traces back to a podcast.

Leverage

30 minutes buys you a marketing department

You talk for half an hour. The host's team writes the show notes, builds the backlink, cuts the YouTube video, makes the thumbnails, clips it for social, and pushes it to Spotify and Apple. That is $2,000 to $4,000 of production and distribution per appearance, and it costs you nothing but the time.

Trust

A great product does not sell itself

Buyers are skeptical, and unless they went to high school with you, they do not know who you are. Third-party citation is what converts a stranger into a believer. Nobody is persuaded by you saying you are the expert. They are persuaded by someone else's audience treating you like one.

// The process

What happens after you click the button.

You accept the agreement at checkout, fill out an onboarding form, we open a shared Slack channel, and from there your entire job is saying yes or no.

  1. 01

    Sign up and accept the agreement

    The full service agreement is on this site and you accept it during checkout. Nothing to print, nothing to sign somewhere else. Then a long-form onboarding document, plus a call if you want one.

  2. 02

    We build your target list

    AI-driven search across the database, then real people listening to and transcribing shows to confirm the fit is genuine and the host actually takes guests.

  3. 03

    You approve the list

    Nothing gets pitched until you have seen the shows and signed off. You can strike anything, for any reason, without explaining yourself.

  4. 04

    Outreach starts around week two

    Within a week of finishing onboarding. Every pitch is written for that specific host and that specific show, referencing episodes they actually made.

  5. 05

    We book it like your assistant would

    All the back-and-forth, all the follow-up, pre-calls if the host wants one. It reaches you as a confirmed slot, and that is the moment the $300 applies.

  6. 06

    You show up for 30 minutes

    That is the entire ask. We send a prep brief beforehand so you walk in knowing the host, the audience, and your talking points.

  7. 07

    We make the appearance keep working

    A media page on your site collecting your appearances, plus repurposing each episode into short-form content you can actually use.

// The database

We are not pitching you to somebody's third episode.

30,000+ podcasts in the database, global
5,000+ new shows added every month
Top 10% of charts or niche, on every show we pitch

Before a show ever reaches your list we check whether it is still active, whether it takes guests, what kind of guests it takes, and what the host actually talks about. Every show we pitch has a real website, a show notes section, and hundreds of episodes behind it. The only time we pitch a smaller show is when it is unusually relevant to the exact people you are trying to reach.

// Clients on the record

People who let the results talk.

"Connie Twomey got booked on multiple podcasts without doing any outreach. The process was seamless, and the results were exactly what she needed."

// The humans doing the work

Real people run your outreach. Meet them.

BookedPod is not a bot blasting hosts. Every list, pitch, follow-up, and booking has one of these people behind it, the same team that has run client work at IMS for two decades.

// Who this works for

Built for the industries where everyone looks the same.

If your prospect cannot tell you apart from the other four firms they are considering, the differentiator has to be trust. That is what this buys.

// Before you buy

The things most people bury in the fine print.

Some hosts charge their own fee

A minority of shows charge an appearance fee, usually $100 to $200. Small shows have real production costs and people to pay. We disclose every fee before you commit, and you decide yes or no. It is never added to your bill without your approval.

You can pass on any show

For any reason, including free ones, including ones we thought were perfect. Approving the list is your call and you never have to justify a no.

Month to month, but plan on 90 days

No minimum term. Cancel whenever. The honest version is that the first month may produce nothing while pitches are still landing, so give it a quarter before you judge it.

The $99 and the $300 are the whole price

There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no success fee, and no percentage on the back end. Nothing gets stacked on after a booking.

// Start here

Lock the founding rate: $99 a month, normally $299.

Your card is stored securely with Stripe. The $300 runs automatically when a placement is confirmed on your calendar, with an itemized invoice for each one in your client portal. Nothing runs before a booking exists.

  • $99 today at the founding rate (normally $299), then monthly until you cancel
  • $300 per confirmed placement, and nothing for a placement that does not happen
  • Service agreement accepted at checkout, nothing to sign anywhere else
  • Onboarding form and your Slack channel immediately after checkout
  • Outreach begins around week two
Start for $99 today

Month to month. Cancel any time from your client portal. No setup fee, no minimum term.

// Questions people ask on the call

Straight answers.

Does the $300 still apply if we do a pre-call and the host passes on me?

No. The charge only runs on a confirmed calendar booking. If a host requires a pre-call and then decides not to move forward, that placement is replaced with another show at no extra charge. We are not here to charge you and then not give you a show.

Are there hidden fees after a booking?

No. It is the $99 per month and the $300 per confirmed placement. There is no setup fee, no success fee, and no percentage on the back end. The only other cost that can ever appear is a host's own appearance fee, which is disclosed to you before you commit to that show.

Will a host ambush me asking for money?

No. Any show that charges an appearance fee is flagged to you before we commit to anything, and you decide whether it is worth it. Most shows we pitch charge nothing.

Do I have to sign a contract somewhere else?

No. The full service agreement lives on this site and you accept it as part of checkout. There is no separate document to e-sign, nothing arrives by DocuSign, and your acceptance is recorded with your signup. It is month to month and you can cancel at any time.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. It is month to month and you can cancel at any time. That said, plan on about 90 days. The first month is largely pitching and the results compound after that.

Why not just pitch shows myself?

You can, and some people do it well. What you would be rebuilding is a 30,000-show database, verified sending infrastructure, existing relationships with hosts, AI matching against your audience, and the willingness to send 50 follow-ups to one host. The pitch is the easy part. The follow-up grind is the job.

What do I actually get out of each episode besides the appearance?

Show notes with a backlink to your site, a YouTube video, social clips, and distribution to that host's audience on Spotify and Apple. We request these from hosts upfront where possible, and we repurpose each episode into short-form content for you afterward.

How soon does anything happen?

Outreach starts around week two, within about a week of you finishing onboarding. Booking timelines vary by show, since larger podcasts often schedule recordings weeks or months out. Booked and recorded are two different dates and we keep both visible to you.

What kind of shows will I be on?

Shows in the top 10% of their charts or niche: hosts with hundreds of episodes, real websites, show notes, and genuine audio and video production. We do not pitch two-episode shows. The one exception is a small show that is unusually relevant to your exact buyer, and even then you approve it first.

How do you get paid for the placements, and where do I see the charges?

You give us a card at signup for the $99 subscription and it stays securely on file with Stripe. The $300 runs automatically when a placement is confirmed on your calendar, and every placement is billed as its own itemized invoice naming the show and the booking date. You can log into your client portal any time to see every invoice, every receipt, and your subscription.

Do I need to already have a podcast or an audience?

No. This is about being a guest on other people's shows, not hosting your own. You do not need followers. You need a point of view and 30 minutes per appearance.

The next time a buyer asks AI who to hire, be the answer.

Every week you wait, someone else records the episode your client will hear. $99 starts your machine today, and you only ever pay $300 for a show that is locked on your calendar.
